Rock County Opportunities, Inc. (RCO) is a licensed day training and habilitation (DT&H) provider with the capacity to serve 45 adults with developmental and related disabilities. Program participants are provided services according to their individual needs.
RCO specializes in placing individuals with a variety of skill levels and work interests into a wide range of employment settings. The staff at RCO strive to achieve a great job fit for each of our participants and the businesses that contract with us. We take each client's skills and needs into consideration and match it with the appropriate employer and job.
